CSA’s web-based EDGSonline application virtually centralizes data, documents, and video in a secure geospatial map interface. In the example below, a screen capture from EDGSonline shows video imagery of grazing manatees (left panel), the spatial location of the image collection platform (helicopter icon, right panel), and the spatial extent of camera’s field of view (rectangle, right panel). Cloud-based hosting allows users to view, manage, and download a library of video files, extract the latitude and longitude position of observations in video, and create annotations.
