Future Work• The current SD-LECC product provides a visual representation of historical data,
over the previous quarter, rather than real-time– Overview indicates possible areas of increased exposure for safety of first responders
• Implementation of the Overdose Detection Mapping Application Program (ODMAP) allows for a more proactive approach, providing real-time information to identify spikes in opioid related overdoses.
– Currently used by over 3,000 law enforcement, fire and EMS agencies in all 50 states, including Los Angeles Fire

OOVERVIEW• Established in 2018 following the release of the San Diego County and
Dependent Adult Blueprint. The Council brings together County, State, and
Federal prosecutors and law enforcement, along with Health & Human
Services from AIS/APS, and other community agencies and professionals to
collaboratively address the increase in elder abuse crime in the region.

MMISSIONN && VISION• MISSION: To reduce incidents of elder abuse through prevention,
programming, and prosecution
• VISION: Utilize the network to develop effective prevention and early
intervention strategies; Educate these stakeholders; deploy appropriate
resources to assist elders in crisis and prosecute crimes impacting elder and
vulnerable victims
