Entries post marked after October 23 rd and all race day entries add a $7 late fee per event. Race day registration & check-in opens at 7:00 AM and close s 20 minutes prior to race start. Race Day entry add $7.00. Second race entry is $5.00. Junior races (10-18) are FREE. Juniors must pay regular entry fee for category races if NOT entering a Junior race. The Newbie/First-Timer Race Pre- registration fee is only $18.00. Make checks payable to: 3LETE c/o J. It has rolling hills as well as one steep climb at the finish of each lap. The course is completely off-road and will have no traffic. Start and finish will be at the large metal arches. Neutral support will be available before each race and two wheel pit areas will be available near the start/finish area. (See course map). This will be a CHIP TIMED event. Lap times will be recor ded and included in the resu lts the day after the event . DIRECTIONS :  From Hwy 101, take SR 246 east through Solvang to Refugio Road, turn right (south) and go approximately 1 mile to the entrance of the winery.  From SR 154, take SR 246 west approximately 2.5 miles to Refugio Road, turn left (south) and go approximately 1 mile to the entrance of the winery. However, the event will still use the typical USA Cycling / CX Categories (Cat 1-4) for race divisions (  Proof of Cat level is still required ). New riders without proof of Category will only be able to participate in the CX Cat 4 level events including Masters Categories: Women 35+, 45+, Men 35+ 3/4, Men 45+ and 55+. RULES: All 2010 USA Cycling and CX ru les apply and will be enfor ced. The event will be held r ain or shine. Sorry, no refunds. Cyclocross and Mountain Bikes (no bar ends) are best. Bike and wheel changes and water feeds are allowed in the designated pit areas. Riders must wear he lmets at all times when on a bike. Riders shall s tay on the course or exi sting trails. Please respect the venue and property owners who are allowing us to use the vineyard for this very unique race. Also, do not preview or warm up on the course while a race is in progress    you will be DQ’d. Please show up early with plenty of time in between race waves to get on the course. As a general rule, Road and MTB riders wh o race Cyclocross should be racing in cate gories as listed below. No sandbagging. Please upgrade when eligible.
