We use the present simple to express the idea that an acKon is repeated or usual. The acKon can be a habit, a hobby, a daily event, a scheduled event or something that oHen happens. I like chocolate. You live in Milan We speak Spanish. They play football.

A plural is when we talk about things that are more than 1.
