Carleigh B. Koenck,MD - is a graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine, and acurrent resident of InternalMedicine at theCreightonUniversityMedical Center inOmaha,Nebraska. She oversees the training of medical students and junior residents in InternalMedicine. She is amemberof thepres3giousAlphaOmegaAlphaHonor Society, researchcontributor, and an ac3ve volunteer in the Omaha Community. RobertB.Doherty, is SeniorVicePresident ofGovernmentalAffairs&Public Policy for theAmerican College of Physicians, the largest physician specialty society and second largestmedical organiza3on in the United States. ACP represents 137,000 Internal Medicinephysicians and medical students. Lou Lukas, MD - is an Associate adjunct professor of Family Medicine at the University ofNebraskaMedicalCenterandtheMedicalDirectorofPallia3veMedicineatNebraskaMethodistHealthsystem.Sheisboardcer3fiedinFamilymedicineandHospiceandPallia3veMedicine,andaUendedmedicalschoolatUNMC,familymedicineresidencyatLehighValleyHealthSystem,theRobertWoodJohnsonClinicalScholarsProgramattheUniversityofMichigan,Pallia3veMedicineEduca3onandPrac3ce(PCEP)attheHarvardMedicalSchool.Priortoreloca3ngtoNebraskashewas the CMO for Hospice of the Chesapeake in Annapolis Maryland, a large not- for-profithospice serving 500 pa3ents daily. He has also served as ACP Governor for theNebraskaChapterfrom2008-2012,ChairoftheBoardofGovernorsin2012-2013,andChairedtheHealthandPublicPolicyCommiUeefrom2013-2015.HealsocurrentlyservesontheHighValue Care Task Force.
