1. Adobe Reader 11 and below

The following guide will guide you on how to migrate the older version of EmailShip to the later version of

EmailShip using the Adobe Reader 11 and below.

1. Open the old EmailShip form that simply contains any data.

2. On the top, click on the extended tab to enable the adobe extension features.

3. On the extension tab, click the “Export Data” button and save your XML on the desktop.

4. After the above step completed, now open the latest EmailShip form and click on the extended

features.

5. Click the “Import Data” button on the extended tab and select the XML that you have exported

earlier.

6. Your data shall be pre-populated to the new PDF. Save the form and close the form after the data

has been saved.

7. Reopen the form, and it is ready to ship.

2. Adobe Reader DC

The following guide will guide you on how to migrate the older version of EmailShip to the later version of

EmailShip using the Adobe Reader DC.

1) Under Edit > Form Options

2) Select “Import Data”.

3) Import your desired XML.

4) The data is populated as usual.
