• After you finished writing your message you can delete it so no one can see it

• A copy of anything typed if you want the message to send.• Its very useful because it saves a lot of time• It’s the same email sent to the same address• if it is important that each recipient knows who your message was sent to,
use carbon copy (Cc) instead.
Blind carbon copy – slide 7
• A blind carbon copy is the under-copy of a document created when carbon paper is placed between the original and the under-copy,
• Its when you put all the emails in a box and it sends it to everyone and the person who is sending the email knows that he/ she sent it to everyone,
Receiving a email
I can see a attachment on the email I have been sent, this means you can attach files to the emails you send. I can see who the email was sent from.I can see the subject of the email this means it gives you a idea of what the email is about.
