Don’t Be Afraid to Ask Questions Use the RFI in the subject area

• Generally someone from Action Line will contact you within 1-2 business days

• Promptly respond to requests for screenshot and additional information

• Your IT department should know that you are putting in a case if there is a “big” issue. They may be required to assist in order to resolve the problem.

• Encourage Others to View Your Idea and Give it a Thumbs Up

• Ellucian reviews all ideas submitted

• Ideas that are considered viable are passed on to the Customer Advisory Boards for the different modules in Banner. The Customer Advisory Boards review the ideas and vote on what should be incorporated into a future release.

• WARNING – this process can take a long time

• Enhancements are given a lower priority than regulatory releases and other required upgrades.
