They weren’t trimmed correctly and they used to be smaller in diameter and thicker than they are now. Save your money.

I think after years of reading their own praise, I expected too much. At that price, Publix can’t be beat! I do not regret doing it, but never again!!!I surmise they have changed quality since I previously ordered as gifts. The only time I suppose the steaks might be worthwhile is if one lived far from a store where good meat was available.

CDF April 14, 2010 A final note. My family has refused to eat the hamburgers. The texture is off as is the taste.
