We are planning to bring the ADC operational by year-end. System cost overruns are more than offset by savings secured in the construction process. Half of the construction savings will be paid out as incentive bonuses to the subcontractors. Our team is confident that the remaining software issues will be resolved and adequate for go-live. Refinements will still be required.

futuro
El arte en el proceso > 1. El reporte, la herramienta
El arte en el proceso > 1. El reporte, la herramienta
- Entender realmente a
quién se le está reportando
y porqué
- Pedir retroalimentación
antes de presentar el
reporte
Objetivo del Reporte
Quién recibe el reporte
El arte en el proceso > 1. El reporte, la herramienta
-Falta de Precisión de las
variaciones estimadas
-Falta de Precisión de los
resultados actuales
-Equipo incapaz de dar datos
sobre el avance

- Mucho detalle
- Mala integración con fuente de

LOBBY!!
El arte en el proceso > 2. Antes de la reunión
¿CÓMO SERÁ USADA LA INFORMACIÓN?
Generalmente se requiere que los interesados
tomen acciones
Sea selectivo con la información a mostrar
Identifique acciones futuras y avise a afectados
para que se preparen
El arte en el proceso > 2. Antes de la reunión
LOBBY!!
vida?¿Necesito tomar alguna
acción?
El arte en el proceso > 2. Antes de la reunión
¿CÓMO SERÁ USADA LA INFORMACIÓN?
LOBBY!!
encontrarte trabajando”
Pablo Picasso
