Deposits Burnley Football Club will hold your provisional booking for a period of fourteen days after which a deposit of £10 per person is required. Deposits can be paid by cheque, credit/debit card or in cash. For private parties in the Dr Iven Suite and 1882 Lounge we require a £500 deposit.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Final Payment Full payment for the Christmas parties is due by Friday 17th November 2017. No monies can be refunded after this date. In the instance of an increase in numbers after this date all monies must be paid in full.

Number of GuestsIf you wish to increase your numbers, we cannot guarantee that this is possible; however every effort will be made to accommodate additional guests.

Account FacilitiesAny party wishing to use an account facility must agree with Burnley Football Club in advance and provide credit card details to secure the facility.

Cancellation of BookingAny cancellations, non-arrivals or decrease in numbers whether individual or groups, made after the final payment date on Friday 17th November 2017 will forfeit all monies paid. No monies are refundable and no substitute in the form of wine or other services can be offered.

Special DietsAny special dietary requirements will be catered for; these must be ordered in advance preferably at the time of booking.

Dress CodeA smart standard of dress is requested at all functions.

Consumption of AlcoholAll persons attending the function shall not consume any food or drink on the premises not supplied by Burnley Football Club.Burnley Football Club reserve the right to remove any food or drink found from individuals and groups.

VATAll our prices include VAT at the standard rate and no service charges apply.

Match DaysAny match or fixture that is scheduled or re arranged to be played at Turf Moor on the day of your function will in that eventuality take precedence.

SeatingFor bookings in the James Hargreaves Suite, those parties booking first will be situated closer to the dance floor unless they indicate otherwise.

Car ParkingWe have extensive on site car parking and cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage to your vehicle whilst on the premises.
