Farook B.Ed College is a well equipped College of teacher education to provide quality teacher education toall classes of people, to attract and encourage talented and dedicated students towards teaching

profession. Farook B.Ed College has all the facilities under its own roof to facilitate and ensure qualityteacher education. The College is situated in a beautiful campus and is highly fascinating for its naturalbeauty and marvellous surroundings. The location is about 16 Kilometers from Tirur Railway Station, inbetween Changuvetty (NH 17) and Kottakkal. Farook B.Ed College was established in 2004, under themanagement of Farook Educational Society. The Society was formed in 1982 and run well establishedinstitutions like Farook English Medium High School, Farook Higher Secondary School, Farook Teacher

Training Institute and Farook Arts and Science College, providing curricular and co-curricular activities forboth mental and moral development of the students. Farook B.Ed College is affiliated to the University of

Calicut with an intake of 100 students in five disciplines. All the courses offered are recognized by NationalCouncil for Teacher Education (NCTE).
