Team Lipstick hosts this adventurous, luxurious, co-ed cycling retreat in the Italian Dolomites.Participants will ride the most spectacular and breathtaking courses in the sport of cycling.

In addition, we hand picked two very special hotels, several delicious restaurants, several localguides who are pro and former pro cyclists, Team Lipsticks favorite cyclist Guido will be there,

top quality bikes are included in the package, and there are truly scenic spas for recovery.All levels are welcome, as we have multiple mileage and difficulty options to choose from.

The Hotels

LA MAJUNBoutique Hotel and Spa

La Majun is simply stunning. Guests spend3 days and nights in this luxurious SpaHotel amidst the Italian Dolomites. Afterunforgettable days of cycling, there aremany ways to rejuvenate S auna,salt steam room, mountain flowers steamroom, immersion baths, indoor pool,hydromassage baths, plus a relaxing tearoom. Breakfast and dinners are included

at the La Majun Restaurant, which isfeatured in the Michelin guide for itsexcellence. Vegetarian, vegan and glutenfree options are available upon request.

As well, the Wine Bar at La Majun features over 500 labels. Accommodations are sumptuous,each room equipped with free wifi, bathrobes and hair dryer. Prepare to be spoiled in comfort.

ZUM ROSENBAUMBoutique Hotel and Spa

Rosenbaum is located in Nals, amidstCypress, Palm and Chestnut trees,surrounded by vineyards and appleorchards. Nals is a 10 minute drive intoBolzano, the capital city of the provinceof South Tyrol. Guests spend 6 days and

nights. Spa amenities include a largerelaxation room with single and queensized beds, sauna, aromatherapy room,

crushed ice fountain for sore legs, and an outdoor swimming pool. The property itself is adornedwith gardens, fountains, indoor and outdoor lounge chairs, couches, tablesall for guests torelax and recuperate. All breakfasts and 3 dinners are included, either on the veranda or in thecandle lit dining room. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available upon request.

Alta Badia: Alta Badia is located in the southern part of the Val Badia valley, surrounded by themountain region of the South Tyrolean Dolomites. At the foot of impressive Dolomite summits,embedded in a large, sunny valley, surrounded by pristine nature, lie the six small villages thatmake up the Alta Badia region: Corvara, Colfosco, La Villa, San Cassiano, Badia, and La Val.

The Dolomites: What began 2.5 million years ago as a coral reef in the ancient Tethys Oceanis today one of the most impressive mountain landscapes in the world. With their rugged andbizarre yet delicate rock formations, the Pale Mountains, as they are also known for their chalkyrock, have long captivated those who encounter them and are a genuine paradise for cyclists.

Bolzano: South Tyrols capital of Bolzano is situated in a valley basin at an elevation of 870 above sea level with the Dolomites in the background. Bolzano also lies at the confluence of twoof Europes great languages and cultures German and Italian. Visit restaurants, boutiques,markets, museums, and Bolzanos medieval city center with Gothic and Romanesque churches.

Nals: The village of Nals is situated among wine vineyards and apple orchards in the sunny

Etsch Valley, and is called The Gateway to the South Tyrolean Wine Road. Nals lies 9 milesfrom Bolzano and approximately 11 miles from the spa town of Merano. As the most southernvillage of the Merano and Environs, Nals enjoys a particularly wonderful climate.

Stelvio Pass: The Passo dello Stelvio is one of the greatest climbs in cycling, with 60 hairpinturns. At an elevation of 9,045 ft above sea level, it is the highest paved mountain pass in theEastern Alps. Climb 15 miles, at an average 7.4% grade, through spectacular scenery.

Having raced PRO for many years,Guidos knowledge on the sport of cycling is vast. At this pointfor him, its all about the experience. Laura met Guido during her solo Eat Pray Lovetrip to Spain in 2010. Her schedule includedGirona, Mallorca, Sevilla and Madrid. After

cycling on her own for 5 phenomenal days inGirona, she flew to Mallorca and checked in to a15 th century manor house, converted to a luxuryhotel. From their website she rented a bike anda guide to show her around the island. On arainy day, Guido showed up and expertly rodeher around the clouds. Laura never saw Sevillaand never saw Madrid as she fell in love with Mallorca and pushed her flight back twice. Guido has been apart of the Team Lipstick family ever since. He was our guide in Girona, then for 6 camps in Mallorca.This year he is with us in Italy and Mallorca again as well. We are devoted to Guido as he is the best!!

Manuel Cazarro Italian Elite Pistard (Track Cyclist)Member Italian National Team

Manuel is a native of Bolzano,Italy. He has been track racing

with the Italian National Team forseveral years throughout Italy,Germany, Switzerland, France,Denmark, Belgium, Zurich, Berlin,Copenhagen, London, and more.His trophy collection is vast, with

numerous podium and top ten finishes throughout the years. In 2014 alone he took home the win forevents such as the Threedays of Busto Garolfo in Italy, Scratch UCI in Geneve, Derny Race Forst inGermany, and Stage Sixday U23 in Zurich. There were also 6 second place finishes, 3 third place, 2fourth, 3 fifth, and the rest fell into the top ten category. In preparation for this Team Lipstick cycling tripto Italy, Laura visited Bolzano in October of 2014, where she met and rode with Manuel for a couple of

days through the Dolomites, the city streets of Bolzano, and the stunning terrain in between. He was anexpert guide, setting just the right paces, and remaining extremely patient on long, steep climbs.

Sabrina Emmasi Owner + General Manager, Q36.5Former Professional Elite Cyclist

Sabrina raced as a ProfessionalElite until 2007. Atypical to herteammates, she became anElite rider at the age of 29.Initially this was a challenge forher, but she completed her firstyear as a professional rider withthe complete calendarall worldcups, San Remo, Giro dItalia,Tour de France, Giro diToscana, and Vuelta de Castilla.

In 2006 she also competed at the World Championships in Salzburg with the Swiss National

Team. Having double citizenship, both Swiss and Italian, she was able to compete for bothcountries. In 2009, after a 2-year break, Sabrina decided to race the Giro di Sardegna and tookthe 2 nd Overall ranking. Quite impressive!

Today Sabrina and her husband Luigi are the owners of a high-end cycling apparel companycalled Q36.5. She has a degree in Sales and Marketing and is therefore General Manager of thisdepartment. Sabrina also speaks 4 languages and is a phenomenal chef. When in Bolzano forsite research, Laura was invited to dinner at Sabrina and Luigis home, for whi ch her taste budswere ever so grateful! Laura also borrowed Sabrinas badass bike, purchased a Q36.5 kit, a ndrode around Bolzano falling in love with the area, the people, and of course the cycling.

Fabio Sacchi Former Pro Cyclist

Fabio was born in Milan, Italy. He raced as a Professional Cyclist from 1996 to 2009 for teamsPolti, Saeco, Fassa Bortolo and Milram. He participated 3x in the Giro dItalia, 5x in the Tour deFrance, 2x in the Vuelta a Espana, along with many other famous events. Fabio was also WorldChampion in Zolder with Mario Cipollini. At present he is the agent for Q36.5 clothing in Italy.His knowledge and expertise will guide us through the Italian Dolomites.
