day 2 - parisThis morning, departure for a half day guid-ed tour of Paris. Escorted by your professional guide, you will see the most spectacular mon-uments and historical sites of Paris including Notre-Dame Cathedral, Sainte Chapelle, the Pantheon, St. Suplice Church, St. Germain, the Orsay Museum, followed by the Louvre, Place de la Concorde , Champs Elysees, the Invalides with Napoleon’s Tomb, Eiffel Tower, Arch de Triumph, Opera House, Vendome, le Marais (the Jewish quarter), and the village of Montmartre with its famous view of the city and Sacré-Coeur Cathedral. day 5 - full day provence sightseeingEnjoy some of the most beautiful sights in Provence including Avignon with its medieval Walls, St Benezet Bridge and the famous Cité des Papes. Stop & visit Les Baux de Provence, the medieval village set on a rocky spur in the Alpilles mountains, located atop a rock forma-tion 245 meters high. Enjoy its historical town center, beautiful houses of the 16th century, St Vincent Church and lovely Romanesque build-ings. Drive past the antiquities of Saint Rémy de Provence (the Triumphal Arch and mauso-leum) located in a field of olive trees, which was painted several times by Van Gogh. Follow pic-turesque roads through olive groves, vineyards and fields to see the beautiful villages of Luberon. Enjoy a panoramic view of Gordes, a perched vil-lage made completely of dry stones. day 7 - full day riviera sightseeingView the entire Riviera in one day! Travel along the coast road, enjoying sea views of the famous corniche road leading to Monaco, a tiny princi-pality perched atop le Mont Des Mules (the Rock).Visit Old Town, the Prince’s Palace (opens June/October) and the Cathedral where Grace Kelly and Prince Rainier were married. Drive through the formula 1 Grand Prix circuit to Monte-Carlo to experience their world of elegance and luxury. Stop at the Casino square. Later explore the un-forgettable medieval village of Eze with its shops and boutiques carved into solid rock. We visit a perfumery, then continue to Nice, the larg-est city on the French Riviera. day 5 - mont saint michel ~ bayeuxDeparture to Bayeux. Visit the town and the fa-mous tapestry depicting the battle of Hastings. Lunch on your own, and then proceed to Mont Saint Michel. You’ll visit the exquisite Benedictine abbey of Mont Saint Michel, one of the wonders of Europe. You’ll also have free time to walk around this fascinating World Heritage listed island, which becomes separat-ed from the mainland at high tide when the causeway is flooded by the sea. day 6 - amboise and clos-lucéDeparture from Caen to Amboise. Guided visit of the Chateau of Amboise followed by free time for lunch in Amboise. Your afternoon continues with a guided visit of the Clos-Luce, Leonardo da Vinci’s last dwelling, followed by a visit to the chateau of Cheverny. Then after crossing the Tiber River and entering Umbria, we reach Todi. A little old town on a pretty site overlooking a valley that has preserved some remarkable buildings. Amongst them, you’ll see also three sets of walls: Etruscan, Roman and Medieval. Later we reach and visit Orvieto, not only famous for its white wines but also for its predominant position over the Tiber Valley. We see the Cathedral completed in the 14th century where thirty-three architects, 152 Sculptors, 68 painters and 90 artists took part of the creation of this imposing masterpiece. day 1 romeWelcome to Italy! Arrive in Rome’s Fiumicino airport and meet with your tour leader. Group transfer via private coach to the hotel in down-town Rome. The afternoon is at leisure to re-lax. There is a late afternoon meeting with an English speaking guide for a special Rome by Night tour, including a welcome dinner in a lo-cal restaurant. Our route takes us past the ma-jestic fortress of Castel Sant’Angelo and then, crossing the Tiber River, we continue on to Porta Pinciana and the beautiful Villa Borghese. We will also see the Piazza Venezia and its strik-ing memorial to King Vittorio Emanuele II. Next we pass the Coliseum, the largest amphi-theater ever built in the Roman Empire. We will then have an opportunity to admire the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Navona Square with its beautiful illuminated fountains. Return to your hotel and overnight. (D)

We then depart for Cefalù, a charming coastal town home to a massive Norman Cathedral with outstand-ing mosaics. Here we visit the city center and stroll down main street to reach the Cathedral. This afternoon onto Monreale to see where the Arab-Norman art and architecture reached the pinnacle of its glory with the Duomo (Admission Fee: not included), launched in 1174 by William II. It represents scenes from the Old and New Testaments all in golden mosaics. Later, we re-turn to Palermo (BB)

Day 3 (Monday) Palermo/Agrigento/PalermoFollowing breakfast, we drive through the interi-or of Sicily to reach Agrigento where we visit the ancient Greek sites, the complete Doric Temples (Admission Fee: not included). Day 4 (Tuesday) Palermo/Erice, Olive Oil, Segesta & Winery/PalermoEarly departure to tour western Sicily where we reach Erice uptown. Wander through its an-cient streets and visit some of the famous home-made pastry shops; world-famous for marzipan candies and other delicacies like almond and pistachio pastries. Later, we travel through the Saltpans to see the historic salt flats works, where the ancient tradition of harvesting salt from the sea is still practiced. Then, to an olive oil factory-farmhouse to enjoy a light lunch. This afternoon we continue onto Segesta, one of the major cit-ies of the ancient indigenous Elymian people, to visit the unfinished Doric temple (Admission Fee: not included), late 5th century BC, built on a hilltop just outside of the ancient city and has

Day 6 (Thursday) Syracuse/ Noto, Ragusa & Watermill/SyracuseToday our first stop is Noto, a lovely village fa-mous for its honey colored buildings. Later, we continue to Ragusa. The city is part of the UNESCO Heritage Sites. Snack in a local bar to taste the famous “scacce” a focaccia-like

stuffed breads famous in this province. This afternoon, drive to see an old Watermill which uses an old Arabic technology. Later we return to Syracuse. (BB S)

Day 7 (Friday) Syracuse/TaorminaDuring the morning stroll through the streets of Ortygia Island, the heart of the city center. Later we visit the Archaeological Park and the Greek Theatre, the Roman Amphitheatre and the Paradise Quarry. We then continue to Taormina, the world famous resort town of Sicily. (BB)

Day 8 (Saturday) Taormina ~ Mt Etna Excursion

Etna Volcano Jeep Ride | Half Day: from h 8.15AM to h 2PMToday, you will be picked up at your hotel by an off-road driver and transferred to Mt. Etna. Enjoy a snack at a winery farmhouse wine tast-ing included. Later return to your Taormina hotel. (BB S)

Day 9 (Sunday) Taormina/Catania Time to say goodbye to Sicily. Private transfer to Catania airport (CTA). (BB)

Reservations and Payment: A deposit of $400 is required at the time of reservation for Escorted Tours. 30% of the tour is required at the time of reservation for Flexible Independent Travel (FIT). At that mo-ment, a signed contract is required to hold your reservation. Final payment of the tour is due 60 days prior to departure. If a payment is made within 21 days prior to departure, a charge for express mailing of the documents will be added to the tour cost, now in the $30 range. Andiamo accepts payment in the form of check, American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card. Upon payment of a deposit, tour participant indicates acceptance of the Terms and Condi-tions.

Prices: and ChangesPrices are USD based on exchange rates at the time this quote was prepared The tour price includes planning, han-dling and operational charges. Rates are quoted in US Dol-lars on the current rate of exchange. Andiamo reserves the right to increase tour prices to cover increased costs, tariffs and taxes, and to reflect fluctuations in foreign exchange markets. Devaluation of a foreign currency will be weighed against any tariff increases imposed. Andiamo is under no obligation to give breakdown costs involved in any Escort-ed or FIT program.

In case of printing typographical error, computer error, or human billing error, we reserve the right to invoice or re-invoice participants with corrected billing.

Once an itinerary is finalized and deposit has been received, a $50 revision fee will be charged if the itinerary is changed.

Travel Documents: United States Citizens require a valid passport. Non-citi-zens may have other requirements, the responsibility for which rests solely with the traveler.

Holidays and Changes: Andiamo Team, Inc. will make every effort to avoid a change in itinerary, however, during local or national holidays in Italy, certain facilities such as museums, sightseeing Tours, and shopping may be limited. Therefore, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to alter and substitute the itinerary, hotels, sightseeing, banquet locations, or other accommodations.

Single and Triple Rooms: Limited numbers of single rooms are available at the sup-plemental rate for each Escorted Tour. While single rooms provide privacy, they are often smaller than twin bedrooms. Triple rooms are available on some Tours.

Baggage: Each Tour member is limited to one checked suitcase. Ad-ditional baggage will be assessed at Euro 15 per bag and may require a larger vehicle at additional cost. Andiamo Team cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged lug-gage, travel insurance is highly recommended. All baggage and personal effects are at all times and in all circumstanc-es at passenger risk. If a lost item is returned to the An-diamo office a minimum charge of $50 USD will be charged.Air & Land Packages: These packages are based on non-refundable airfares. If flight changes requested after the deposit has been re-ceived, or if flights are cancelled after tickets are issued, change fees or airline penalties will be applicable.

Escorted Tour & Flexible Independent Travel (FIT) Cancella-tion Policy:Andiamo Team, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or resched-ule any Escorted Tour departure in accordance with oper-ating requirements or circumstances beyond its control. If cancellation is made anytime prior to departure of the tour Andiamo Team, Inc. only liability will be to refund to the pas-

senger the amount it has received for the Tour booking.

Refunds & PenaltiesIllness or absenteeism: in the advent of your withdrawal from a Tour after commencement for reason of illness, you must obtain a medical certificate of an insurance claim. We regret that no refunds can be made for absences from a Tour, including but not limited to, missed meals or sightsee-ing. Andiamo Team, Inc. Makes no representation or guar-antees concerning reimbursements of funds paid by you under any insurance claim.

Right to Exclude: Andiamo Team, Inc. reserves the right, at our discretion, to decline to accept or to require any individual to withdraw from the Tour. Children under six years of age are ineligible for Escorted Tours. An adult must accompany children un-der eighteen years of age

Disabilities:Any disability requiring special attention should be reported to Andiamo Team, Inc. at the time the reservation is made. Andiamo Team, Inc. will make reasonable efforts to accom-modate the special needs of disabled tour participants, but it is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so, nor is it responsible for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. We regret that we cannot provide individual assistance to a tour member for walking, dining, getting on and off motor coaches and other transportation vehicles, or other personal needs. A qualified companion must accompany travelers who need such assistance. Andiamo Team, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to carry anyone it is felt cannot cope with the require-ments of coach Tour travel and who may require services and facilities that Andiamo Team, Inc. cannot guarantee will be available on Tour. Passenger certifies not to have any mental, physical or other condition or disability that would create a hazard for himself/herself or other passengers.

Responsibility:Andiamo Team, Inc. and their employees, directors, agents does not own or operate any entity which is to or does provide goods or services for your trip including lodging facilities, airlines, motor coach or other transportation com-panies, guide services, local ground operators, organizers of optional excursions, food service providers. All such per-sons are independent contractors. Andiamo Team, Inc. is not liable for any negligent or willful act or failure to act of any such person or any third party. Tour members are sub-ject to the Terms and Conditions set forth on their airline, rail or cruise line tickets. Such conditions are available upon request. In addition and without limitation, Andiamo Team, Inc. is not responsible for any injury, loss, death, inconve-nience, delay or damage to person or property in connec-tion with the provision of any goods or services whether re-sulting from, but not limited to, acts of God or force majeure, illness, disease, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, animals, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or

terrorist activities of any kind, overbooking or downgrad-ing of accommodations, mechanical or other failure or air-planes or other means of transportation, or for any failure of any transportation mechanism to arrive or depart on time. This brochure represents the entire agreement between the passenger and the above mentioned operators.

If due to weather, flight schedules or other uncontrollable factors you are required to spend an additional night(s), you will be responsible for your own hotel expenses, transfers and all meal costs.

Andiamo Team, Inc. reserves the right to change the itiner-ary or trip features at any time and for any reason, with or without notice and/or to substitute, airlines, hotels of simi-lar category for those listed in this brochure and Andiamo Team, Inc. shall not be liable for any such changes.

Sometimes a Tour departure may be cancelled for lack of participation. In such a case, the operators’ sole responsi-bility is to provide a refund without any other liability what-soever. Andiamo Team, Inc. is not responsible for any other travel arrangements affected due to our cancellations. Op-erator further will have no responsibility for any conjunction tickers, non-refundable or otherwise.

Travel Protection Plan: We recommend that you purchase Travel Protection which is available from Andiamo Team, Inc. or your travel agent directly.

Notices: Any notice required under this agreement shall be in writ-ing and may be delivered in person or by certified mail. If sent by certified mail, the notice should be sent to Andiamo Team, Inc., 614 Delafield Avenue, Staten Island, New York 10310, business address.

Entire Agreement: This agreement may not be changed except in writing signed by both parties.

Waivers: The failure of either party hereto to enforce at any time any of the provisions or terms of this agreement shall not be construed to be a waiver of such provisions or terms, nor of the right of any party thereafter to enforce such term or provision.

Severability: Should any part of this Agreement be declared invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion which remaining portion shall remain in force and effect as if this agreement has been executed with the invalid portions eliminated, and it is hereby declared the intention of the par-ties that they would have executed the remaining portion of this agreement without including any such part, which may for some reason hereafter be declared invalid.

Governing Laws: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in ac-cordance with the laws of the State of New York and the venue for any action will be Richmond County, New York.
