I remember thinking that all I wanted to do is drive away from the school, and just think to myself.

As I have learned one of the greatest ways to reduce stress for me personally is to just drive for a little bit, and think.

By doing this I allow myself time to ponder about other things going on in my life, and this tends to put me in a better mood.

I would like to share some tips on how drivers can use driving to relieve stress, what causes of stress, and if stress is really a good or

bad thing.

For me it is driving my car just cruising, but for some others it could be a meditation or even something physical like hitting a punching

This helps you find out what is causing your trigger and how much stress you are feeling.

changes to children in pregnant women.
