My work context Behavioral Science Research Institute (BSRI),
Srinakharinwirot University, Bangkok, Thailand
Celebrated its 60th anniversary on 25th August 2015
BSRI was established as a joint venture between the Government of Thailand and UNESCO in August 25, 1955.
Formerly known both as the
“International Institute for Child Study” and
the “Bangkok Institute for Child Study”
My work context Srinakharinwirot University (SWU), Bangkok, Thailand
SWU- developed from two institutions: The Advanced Teacher Training School, founded in 1949 and the College of Education, founded in 1953.
Formally named in 1974
The emblem derives from a graph showing the mathematic equation of an exponential curve ( Y = ex ).
Its symbolizes increase or growth which is consistent with the university philosophy "Education is growth" (สิกขา วิรฬุ หิ สม ปต ตา)
What do we do at BSRI? BSRI has two main functions: teaching and research.
