17. Supplementary textTexts for external alarms defined by the user either at the base station or theBSC. These fields are optional, and they are mainly used for displayingexternal alarms.In the case of alarms number range 7600...7699 this field indicates the faultreason.
18. Supplementary information fieldsA maximum of 16 fields which are separated from one another by one orseveral spaces.
