Chef Sean OlnowichFormer Executive chef and partner of The House, and executive consulting chef for the Brandit Group (Bounce Sporting Club, Vero Midtown), became an expert on creative American cuisine, not just by going to cooking school, but through his paternal Provencal roots.
As a graduate of The French Culinary Institute, Chef Olnowich has been chef at prestigious restaurants such as New York’s Le Madri, L’Ecole (the restaurant in the French Culinary Institute), Matthew Kenney’s Winebar, Todd English’s Olives New York and Glass.
