1) Garlic – This pungent super-food

is a powerful � u � ghter. Garlic contains

compounds called ajoene and allicin, which

it’s best to eat it raw. If you’re not in love with the idea of

chewing on raw garlic, add a few extra cloves on top of

5) Eggs – Rich in just about every nutrient
