World ATM Congress Conference

There are options for organizations of all sizes and budgets. Many of these opportunities include complimentary conference delegate registrations for the World ATM Conference.
ProductSponsorships – For those whose strategy is geared towards the branding of items. Lanyards, conference delegate bags, exhibit hall visitor bags, schedule at a glance, cell phone charging station, branded lounges in the exposition and company branded giveaways for delegate bags are examples.
FoodandBeverage – The Congress will feature food and beverage events for conference delegates including morning and afternoon breaks, some of which will occur in the exposition, luncheons for the delegates in the exposition, including a special Spain themed luncheon in the exhibition hall that exhibitors and exhibit hall visitors can purchase tickets to and take part in with the conference delegates. The opening night of the exhibition there will be a welcome reception in the exhibition for everyone that can also be sponsored in whole or part. A broad range of food and beverage options can be arranged for your individual booth as well.

AdvertisingandSignage – World ATM Now is the on-site event newspaper and is a featured option. This full color new publication is updated daily and distributed to all the participants in the Congress. It has current coverage of the event and offers advertising opportunities to highlight your company and drive additional traffic to your booth. Coverage of the conference and the events of the week will be featured in this publication as well. An electronic version will be delivered to all registered attendees shortly before the event and also an after action edition when the event concludes. You may purchase advertising in one or all of the editions.

Note: World ATM Congress RESERVES THE RIGHT TO: Change the Floor Plan (including, but not limited to aisle space), without notice, in order to comply with fire, safety, technical and accessibility regulations or to provide, in its exclusive judgment, a safer, more satisfactory, attractive and successful Exhibition.
Multilevel Booths
For multilevel booths, add 30% to the regular booth price for the area built on the top floor. World ATM Congress must approve all multilevel booths. Booth plans should indicate the name of the event & booth number, specify maximum number of occupants allowed and have a structural engineer’s stamp certifying that the platforms can bear the maximum occupant load. Certain multilevel booths may require fire watches, smoke detection devices, fire extinguishers, multiple exits, etc., as required by Fire Prevention Officials. See Exhibitor Technical manual for additional information.
Meeting Space Rental
A number of meeting rooms have been reserved for use by exhibitors who may need private meeting space during the Congress. Rental rates apply and exhibitor meeting space reservations forms will be available in Fall 2013.

PaymentSchedule
All fees are payable in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Should a contract be received less than 30 days before exhibition setup dates then full payment must be included with contract.
AllocationofExhibitionSpace
All exhibitors who have submitted a contract prior to 31, March, 2013, will receive priority placement in the Exhibit Hall. Once these exhibitors have been placed in Hall, all other exhibitors will be placed on a first come, first served basis. A completed Exhibitor Contract and deposit must be received before placement in the Hall can occur.
ExhibitorBadges
All badged exhibitor staffers are required to be registered and will receive a badge displaying the exhibiting company name. Five (5) complimentary exhibitor staff badges will be given for every 9 square meters booked up to a maximum of 70 badges.
