OBJECTIVE
The Events Stars Exhibition is a FREE event where consumers can find event experts, all under one roof. Giving our guests advice and providing contacts on where
to find the best person to help them with their event needs.

Featured at the event will be:
• Event experts providing advice, contacts and professional services
• Hairstyling, Makeup & Flower arranging Workshops
• Salsa, Swing and Kizomba Dance sessions
• Live performances
• Raffle (goods supplied by local businesses) & free event goodie bag
THE EVENT:
Throughout the day exhibitors will be exhibiting in the main hall, whilst the Workshops and the stage shows are taking place.

VENUE
Old Stratford Town hall
The Old Town Hall is a romantic venue in the heart of Stratford, full of Victorian charm and splendour within a prime location. It has excellent transport links, a
banqueting hall ideal for special occasions and a choice of private rooms. It is a fantastic venue to hire for meetings, conferences, exhibitions and particularly
weddings, where the classical historic charm of The Old Town Hall really suit such a special occasion.
AFFILIATED CHARITY
A donation from the funds raised from the Event Stars Exhibition will be donated to Richard House Children's Hospice
Richard House Children's Hospice, is a hospice that provides care and support for life-limited children and children with complex healthcare conditions and their
families, from across east and north east London. The organisation accompanies the child or young person’s journey, creating positive experiences along the way
that become good memories for the future.
The purpose-built hospice is in Beckton, East London and accepts referrals from families across the capital with the majority living in Newham, City and Hackney,
Tower Hamlets, Barking and Dagenham and Waltham Forest. When we opened in 2000, we were the first children’s hospice in London and we cared for just a
handful of children and young people. Today, we have over 300 on our books.
Richard House Children's Hospice delivers clinical care, short breaks and other residential services to children and young adults, while supporting their families
through counselling, therapy, bereavement support and more. With a focus on living for today and creating positive memories for tomorrow, we also offer a range
of activities for all the family to enjoy.

MARKETING PLAN
Having the event marketed properly will help us drive home our aims and objectives, helping to build the awareness of the event, through Radio, Print Media and Social media.
The marketing campaign will commence in the beginning of June, giving us 15 weeks to promote the Event Starts Exhibition. Within the marketing campaign we will take
advantage of the various communications channels available to the modern organisation.
• Radio promotions on various community Radio stations
• Press releases circulated to both Local and National newspapers and magazines including: Timeout, Metro, Evening Standard, The Voice and the Yellow Advertiser
• Street promotional team
• Online and print media
• Social Media Promotion (Facebook & Twitter)
Adverts placed in local newspapers and press releases distributed to the media will be used to drive our marketing campaign. Our in-house mailing lists will be contacted.
Various Mailshots will then be distributed over a three month period.
The marketing campaign for the event is designed to reach the maximum number of people in London and the UK, and will include:
5,000 flyers printed and distributed in various restaurants, shops, beauty salons, hairdressers, barbers, churches.
