According to the National Association of REAL TOR ® economists the net worth of home owners vs renters is 31-46 times as much. That means someone who owns a home is up to 46 times more wealthy than someone who rents.
That's Significant!
That's what everyone is thinking here anyway. Appreciation: is the rate at which your investment increases year over year.The average appreciation across the united states is about
4% annually.
The average price of a home in San Diego County in April of
2015 was $455,000.
What's That Mean?
That means at a 4% appreciation your home will
increase $18,200 annually.
