• Learn how to deal with it
• Leave Old tricks to old media (seo, marketing, distribution deals) and leverage social tools
• Advertising ? Niche niche niche it’s easier to master during bad times
2 social attention is cannibalizing media attention
(revenues)• Faster execution on social nedia
• Take the social media consumers
• Opportunities for startups to generate b2b deals and consulting revenues
3 as an entrepreneur
• Review your goals as if you were starting your company now : are you adapted to the (sthity) situation ?
• if you do b2b deals, make sure to use your clients cash to improve your product, motivate your team and execute faster on your strategy : your team and your product is you main asset
If you have vc, now is the best time to find out if it’s a good one.
