We are the in-house multimedia experts for Washington state government. We listen to our customers and work with you to produce highly effective Websites, video and streaming media products to help to meet your communication, outreach, training and business goals.
Take advantage of our full-service studio – we develop creative treatments, scripts, graphics and audio soundtracks. We contract with talent , handle the post-production and creation of the final product to formats of your choice. We also offer Media buying, full website development and website usability testing.

Pre-Production: Meet with client and determine needs Determine creative treatment Draft script and review process Approve script
Production: Determine locations, set shoot dates Shoot interviews/B-roll Create graphics Hire talent and record narration Client review for select takes

Long-form Video
WPPA identifies ports/interviewees for taping DIS travels to Ports across state, conducts interview with Port Director or
designated official Based on interview, additional B-roll taping on-site to capture “flavor” of
local port. Additional use of existing Port still photos and video if available.
WPPA/DIS identify “select takes” from interviews Time stamped DVD to WPPA for review, or DIS can take 1st pass for
rough edit. Selected takes are edited together for initial “rough edit” for content review Once content is approved, illustrative B-roll is edited in with thematic
graphics, music, sound effects, narration, review.

Once video has final approval: Closed-captioning is created Final distribution formats are created (TV, web, DVD) Duplication for mass distribution (DVD, tape, etc) DIS will provide distribution services to local cable access

30 Second PSAs Themes for PSAs based on existing still photos:
Creative treatment is developed and approved Based on creative treatment, DIS drafts scripts for PSAs Scripts are reviewed and approved by WPPA
Post-Production Script narration is recorded Narration, still photos, thematic graphics, music, sound effects, etc
are edited together for initial “rough edit” for review Any changes are made and final approval made
