April 2007—Invited to participate in a roundtable discussion entitled “Director’s Dilemna.” This involved presenting research on the E&Y Communication Center and discussing best practices for the Center at the annual meeting of the National Association of Communication Centers.

February 2007—Invited lecture at Michigan State University (Graduate-Level Organizational Communication Class), presented research on psychological contracts, occupational work status, and promise fulfillment.
