Car Plate Recognition System is a surveillance method running on designed Personal Computer Software. It use a CCTV to capture the car plate numbers and characters by using artificial intelligence technology. This system is strongly recommended for car park management purpose. It helps in analyze the flow of vehicle as well as time in and out record of a vehicle from the entrance to the exit. With a counter software, it helps in calculating the car park occupancy and vacancy. Besides that, a management officer can easily restrict a vehicle from entering the car park by listing the vehicle license number into system blacklist. Once there is a violation, management officer can issue a parking charge or car clamping to the offender. Statistical and historical data can be generated easily from the software for the purpose of future analysis.
