DocTrix Product Line
DocTrix Product Line is a series of commercial software created by i-Sys Company on the
platform of Microsoft SharePoint.
DocTrix DocFlow 2013
DocTrix DocFlow 2013 is an electronic document management system developed in accordance with the standards of business workflow and documentary maintenance.
Modularity of the system powered by high level of customizability allows automation of electronic workflow and business processes in state and holding companies as well as in small businesses.

Document card
The universal ergonomic document card contains all necessary information related to the document.
Users can create document cards from the templates (based on the previously created copies). Information from the document cards can be easily exported to a MS Word file.
Kinds of documents
New kinds of documents can be easily added without the help of developers. For example, employees of the legal department can add new types of contracts with appropriate reconciliation routes; employees of HR department can add their own internal processes into the System, and so on.
As a part of this, DocTrix DocFlow also features easy-to-use route reconciliation builder. Routes of document reconciliation can be associated with the kinds of documents.
Execution control
All data about completed and overdue assignments can be displayed in generated Excel spreadsheets with numerous filters and groupings.
It is also possible to apply color coding to the tasks in the list depending on the pre-configured conditions.
Execution control is provided by means of assigning tasks related to the documents and subsequent setting them under control.

A task in the System can be assigned to a particular employee, to a group of employees or addressed to a role in the system.
The System allows assigning responsible executors and co-executors, create child assignments, as well as request for change of the assignment deadline.
When the tasks and assignments related to the document are completed, author of the assignment or a supervisor can check the result; if necessary, assignment can be returned for revision.

Mobile application for DocTrix DocFlow
You can use your iOS devices to work with tasks in any system based on the DocTrix Platform. The mobile application, Doctrix Mobile, is compatible with SharePoint Foundation and SharePoint Server 2010/2013.
DocTrix Mobile also supports work with Nintex Workflow tasks.
