Each copy has a customized document name.
For example:
Jane Doe 2.9 Get Up & Go FINAL REPORT (Task 3)

● Jane edits the document after she has completed previous tasks
● I give comments throughout writing process
● Jane makes corrections/amendments
● No need to print or email document

Managing Task 3 – the Report
Aim:
•make Google Doc report template
•share with 5 groups, with 2-4 students per group
be able to turn off editing access for each group on different due dates

What were the biggest challenges?
Had issue with Google App permissions so Doctopus did not work.
Something was changed in Google Apps which made it work.
Smaller issue - accessing to computers.

Google Docs - can’t loose it, collaboration, feedback
Doctopus - management, embargo
Improved quality of writing.

Lack of computer knowledge - opportunity to help them learn
