The Foreign Students Office has been at theservice of the University Community for
more than ten years. Its main purpose is toguide all students, those from countries outsidethe European Union and students of the Euro-pean Union, who intend to remain in Italy formore than 90 days
Some of the main activities of the office are:
l to provide information on the procedure re-quired to remain in Italy by providing studentswith application forms, addresses and openinghours of various offices they have to send theirrequests to, as well as any other available infor-mation.
l to guarantee a continuous update on thecomplex and varying Italian immigration laws,through its participation in various courses,events and lectures.
l to provide information material to consultor withdraw, such as guides, pamphlets, manuals and magazines.
l to keep in constant contact s with nationalinstitutions in Rome operating in the immigra-tion field.
l to offer updated information both in the of-fice and through the form “contact the univer-sity” PUG-Web site, as well as those posted onour notice board located next to the office.
