In the United States, we have participated in more than 200 major transactions in capital markets, including more than 30 IPO projects. In the UK, we surpass any other law firm in the world in terms of the number of IPO projects in which we have been involved in the sub-market of London Stock Exchange (AIM).

In Asia, we have over 30 internationally and locally qualified capital markets lawyers. Since 2011, our capital markets team has assisted enterprises and investment banks in successfully completing more than 60 major transactions.
