District 44 Leaders: Welcome to the District Leadership Team! 2016-2017 marks our 4th year as District 44. As we emerge to being this new journey, we as your District staff are committed to support and motivate the members we serve and ensure they successfully achieve a higher quality club and member experience through the (DCP) Distinguish Club Program Education, Membership and Training Goals. As district leaders you are the first impression our members within District 44 will have of Toastmasters and District 44. This year, we continue our work to fulfill the district mission by inspiring and empowering clubs to plan and set goals. Through it all we will maintain a positive and supportive environment where members will learn and grow. Keeping the lines of communication open will be key to our success. Understanding the needs of our members will be a requirement that will help the district emerge as a strong and exciting district that all can be proud to call their own.
