This in-depth service is provided by a highly-experienced STM Trainer and includes full setup of the machine, workflow build out and efficiencies, prepping (grind, moisture content, etc.), dialing-in various materials, tips and tricks and more. 4. Access to Virtual Training Sessions with STM Technical Consultant Q&A and virtual training sessions are offered upon request and held via live video feed (Zoom, Skype, FaceTime) for the purpose of answering questions, training assistance or resolving any troubleshooting issues.

5. Ongoing Communication with STM Tech & Client Services Team.Prior to shipping, upon equipment arrival and post-training, we at STM prefer to keep an open line of communication with you to check in and provide ongoing support.
