Parent Expectations Clubbers need to bring their handbook and Bible to

every club night. Book bags are provided to help clubbers keep track of their Bible and handbook. Clubbers also need to wear their uniform and tennis shoes every week. Write your Clubber’s name on book bag and uniform.

Work with your child at home on their sections. The calendars on the next few pages identify the sections for that week. Spend 5-10 minutes every night helping them memorize. Initial the section your child’s book to indicate that they are ready to pass their section.

Download the music from Amazon Prime or iTunes to help with memorization. Search for “Awana NKJV” and look for the album that matches your child’s book.

Cubbies and T&T: always complete the sections according to the calendar first and then go back and complete missing sections.

Sparks: complete the sections in order . The calendar is a suggested pacing schedule.

Extra credit sections can be completed anytime.

Clubbers receive awards for attendance at Awana. If a clubber is sick, email [email protected] to excuse the absence. For Awana attendance awards, clubbers are allowed one unexcused absence per quarter.

Sparks and T&T are encouraged to come early at 6:00 PM to say sections at the Express Lanes or to come to the Main Lobby after Sunday services.

Parents will receive a claim check when you check-in your

child. You MUST have the claim check to checkout your child.

Check-in begins at 6:00 PM for Sparks and T&T and at 6:15 PM for Puggles and Cubbies. Please take clubbers to the bathroom before checking-in.

Checkout begins at 7:45 PM for Puggles and Cubbies and 8:10 PM for Sparks & T&T. Clubbers must be checked-out no later than 8:25 PM.
