TRAINING DESCRIPTION Restaurant manager is a profession of welcome and service that requires exceptional interpersonal and communicative skills in which teamwork is es-sential.They manage a restaurant establishment: draw up the menu of dishes and menus, calculate prices, manage supplies, organise and carry out work in the kitchen or service; propose, promote and sell products and services in several languages to the customer using office automation and catering software.
They often work as a freelancer, but they can also assume positions as a qualified employee in the kitchen, dining room or daily management in restaurants of all categories in the private or public sector.
