WHAT IS DIGITAL IQ?

The Digital IQ is the capacity for a company to understand and use their digital in order to reach the customer with a wide range of online devices.  In other words, the Digital IQ is mesured by how a company spreads her digital vectors to touch her potential customers. Having a high digital IQ is not mesured with a heavy IT budget given for the website or having the latest tools.  It is more about integrating technologies into a way that a company (in our case a hotel) plans, innovates, measures results, interacts with customers and of course creates value/revenue
