Pre-conference WorkshopFriday Night at the ER® is an engaging, team-learning simulation game that has been used by thousands of organizations across industries and cultures to build the capacity to apply systems thinking for team performance improvement.

During the game, participants experience workflow and decision making in a simulation environment so that the consequences of decisions can be observed. Participants become students of their own behavior as they experience the role of the individual as part of a complex, interdependent system and realize improved results when they move from silo thinking to systems thinking.

In the debrief, participants reflect about the game experience, relate the simulation to reality, learn practical strategies for applying key principles of systems thinking and translate the lessons to their work. Typically, participants report gaining insight at personal, interpersonal and organizational levels. Space is limited. Separate registration fee required.
