Hard work means to proceed through the work with dedication but without having a

clear idea about how to achieve the goal.

On the other hand smart work means having a crystal clear idea about what is to beachieved and how to achieve. From there, chalking out a plan and proceed through the

work with dedication.

I think if person use both hard and smart work than he can easily achieve his goal for

ex. If you push the wall, this is your hard work and you can push the wall in your life,in which not include your smartness, on other side if you push the gate than it may be

open, in which include your both hard and smart work, thank you.

According to my view if we want to reach our aim than we definitely do hard work for

that and after getting our aim we also called it's hard and smart work. But if we can't

get our aim even though we do hardworking for that than it's only called hard work.

So smart work is a part of hard work. Without hard work we can't do smart work.

So every smart work there is hard work.

Hard work means working hard.

Smart works means working smart.

Smart can be candid, sharp, and clever but also be cheeky, unlawful and unethical. It

is up to individual to interpret and use it.

Hard works not necessarily meant following conventional method. A smart way may

require people working hard to finish it.

In both ways work will be completed. But If we work smartly then we gain happiness

I actually see them sometimes as both sides of the same coin. For instance, you can

make a smart decision of planning ahead of the future. Planning and implementation

involves hardwork as well. Take studying for exams for example, you make a smart

decision of studying before hand. But for that you need to put in a lot of hardwork. In

these scenarios, both go hand in hand.

I see it like this - smartwork makes the work faster and easy while hardwork is

something that you can rely on for getting results. The next question is - why you

can't rely on smart work if it makes the work faster and easy?, the reason is because

not everyone is able to be smart all the time. Our thought process sometimes does not

find the smart ideas needed to do a task due to so many factors which include stress,

whereas hardwork is something that, when you do consistently over a period of time,

will get you results. Hardwork also has its conditions to work - you need discipline

which is why Bill Gates considers of having lazy people to do a difficult task as they

would try to finish the work in quickest possible manner.

Smart work is nothing but finding a shortcut to do a hard-work in a shorter time but

giving the output same as a hard-work. Major difference between them is a time taken

to complete the assigned task. Smart work saves time and time is money in business.

I would like to quote a example,

LORD SHIVA set a test for his two sons LORD GANESHA and LORD MURUGA. He asked

them to go round the world and said that the person who finished doing this first

would get the fruit. Muruga Took the peacock and made a quick trip around the world

(this is hard work). When he returned, he was surprised to find that Ganesha had

already finished doing this. Ganesha replied that his parents were his universe, his

only world. So he had completed his task by just going around them and got the fruit

(this is smart work).

Thus one who pre- plans everything and thinking only in a specific manner (narrow

minded) is HARD WORKER. The person who is able to analyse what is going on around

him and act according to the situation (broad minded) is SMART WORKER.

your efforts to obtain 100% result in less time and with more efficiency.
