DEWA VDP COMBO provides more possibilities for sludge dewater-ing. It is the newest member in DEWA Belt Filter Press family. DEWA VDP COMBO consists separate high quality thickening and dewater-ing units. The design com- bines and extends the best features and abilities of the pre- vious DEWA Belt Filter Presses models. New con�guration design maximizes the user friendliness, e�ciency and per- formance.

Horizontal Gravity Thickener, DEWA HGT, has enclosed stainless steel body structure and the top cover is equipped with handy and user-friendly high-grade plastic hatches. Floor level positioning enables the e�ective use without high service platforms. DEWA HGT is available in various sizes, providing optimal equipment selection for client’s process parameters.

Vertical Dewatering Press, DEWA VDP, is an e�ective, com- pact and enclosed dewatering booth. The con�guration and wide high-grade plastic salon doors in each side enable easy access to the important components of the press. Ex- tended, vertical pressing zone brings the maximum dryness of the sludge cake.

Key Features

DEWA FPD multi-stage series sludge dewaterer is a combina-tion of BTN (Heavy duty belt thickener) and FP (belt �lter press), designed for the most demanding and large capacity applications.

The FPD multi-stage dewaterer is easy to modify according to characteristics of sludge as well as throughput and cake solids requirements.

Every component is made of stainless steel or plastic material which is highly resistant to most corrosive media. All electri-cal, pneumatic components and bearings are located outside of the enclosure frame which makes easier to main-tain without interrupting the unit operation.

The enclosed construction of the FPD belt �lter press enables to contain the odor within the machine, so it’s rather easy to extract the fumes via ventilation connection located at top of the unit. This advanced design concept creates clean and odor free working environment.

N-PD XL CAPACITY AND DIMENSION TABLE

DEWA N-PD XL belt �lter press is the most �exible solution for any type of sludge dewatering applications. N-PD XL belt �lter press is combination of belt thickener and belt press. Drive units for both functions are equipped with frequency speed inverter. Both functions have individual pneumatic steering and tensioning systems. Spray cleaning for each belt sepa-rately can be done by standard nozzle pipes or with brush pipes.

Every component is made of stainless steel or high grade plastic material which is highly resistant to most corrosive media. This combined with easy access and maintainability vital parts guarantees reliable operation and very long lifespan product which will last decades.

Key Features

The DEWA P-C “Mini” sludge dewatering unit is ideal for small-scale sludge dewatering applications.

This compact twin belt design has a small gravity thickening zone followed by wedge and pressing zone.

In process principle “Mini” imitates its big brothers, DEWA N-PD XL and FPD. In performance “Mini” will reach the lower dewatering requirements and is particularly applicable for industrial sludge types.

The “Mini” is available in three di�erent sizes with standard belt widths of 0.7m, 1.1m and 1.6m.The best possible materi-als, the stainless steel frame and rollers make it robust, reliable and long lasting. “Mini” is the most economical choice for applications with low throughput requirements.
