Dear SirlMadam,

Re: Sea container application / Garden shed

Please find attached development application for a sea container.

The application includes cut and retaining and a small change in site level, however the FFH is not above 500mm above NGL.

Our intention is to clad the Southern and Western ends of the container with a vertical garden (pease see images attached).

My partner and I intend to use the container to store equipment, camping gear, our trailer and bulk dry goods for our home.

Essentially the container will be used as a garden shed.

We could install a shed purchased from a commercial retail outlet but believe that recycling a sea container and

cladding it with a vertical garden will be a much better option.

Sea containers are structurally stronger, vermin proof, have better security along with many other benefits.

We also believe that they look better than a commercial shed.
