The existing site boundary prevents public fromaccessing the site by using a simple gate. However, with the design of the BGB this boundary can beturned to a threshold, allowing the public to interact with the new program situated at an orientation to still maintain privacy.

The existing program which is kept is determined by the istorical context as well as the income and jobs that each uilding supplies. When new program is added to the site it is rranged o� grid lines from exisiting major roads.
