shared party nights - A sparkling atmosphere full of festive cheer.
Our shared party nights are something rather special and certainly the most festive around, with entertainment from Michael Buble’s Big Band tribute act. Book now for Wednesday 4th

Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days.
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
• Final payment required by 1st November 2019
• One payment is appreciated i.e. no individual payments from attendees
• If payments are made via BAC’s then group name and event date must be used as the reference.
• Food & wine pre-orders must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to your party date.
• By signing your party night agreement, you authorise Harbour Hotels to charge the card details on file for all tickets, pre-ordered food and wine and use as guarantee for bedroom reservations.
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• We recommend that bookings are made on minimum/confirmed guests numbers. Increasing numbers is subject to availability. Charges apply for any decrease in contracted numbers (either loss of deposit or full balance) within 4 weeks of event and/or any decrease in numbers over 20% of the contracted amount at any time prior to the event.
• If a pre-ordered wine is out of stock we will replace this with a wine of similar or better quality.
• Account bar charges – Must be paid in advance prior to the event any credit left on the account will be refunded within 30 days of the event.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings at any time.
• Under no circumstances are deposits, part payments or full payments refundable or transferrable except in the event of cancellation by the hotel.
• A contract must be signed and returned to confirm you have read and understand the terms and conditions.
• Hotel is unable to make amendments to bookings within 10 working days of event date.
• Allocated room for event can be changed without prior notice based on business requirements.
• Any entertainment provided by the hotel are professionals and use their experience to provide a service which is suitable for a variety of tastes rather than focusing on one genre.
• Christmas Party night accommodation rates are prepaid at the time of booking and non-refundable in the event of cancellation and are strictly subject to availability.
• An optional 10% service charge will automatically be added to your event when you confirm your booking
• Christmas party nights are based on a set menu. Choice menus are chargeable at £3.50pp
CHRISTMAS DAY & NEW YEARS EVE DINING TERMS & CONDITIONS
• A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, if booked before December 1st 2019 for Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve. The remaining balance is due by 1st December 2019
• Bookings made after the 1st December 2019 require full pre-payment and are non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation.
• Pre-orders are required by 15th December 2019.
