March 23, 2017 Grand Worthy Matron, Grand Worthy Patron, all Grand Chapter Officers Past and Present, Officers and Members of our Sister Jurisdictions, Greetings, Once again it is a privilege and honor to extend Fraternal Greetings and Best Wishes on behalf of our Grand Worthy Matron, Marva Linda Montgomery and Grand Worthy Patron, Charles E. Washington, to you and your Jurisdiction. The 101st Annual Grand Session of Deborah Grand Chapter Order of Eastern Star, Inc., Prince Hall Adopted, will begin on Friday, July 14, through Monday, July 17, 2017 at the Valley Forge Resort, 1160 First Avenue, King of Prussia, PA 19406. Reservations must be received prior to June 13, 2017. Otherwise reservations will be on an availability basis only and the room rate for single & double of $124.00 plus 8% tax ($133.92) and triple & quad of $129.00 plus 8% tax ($139.32) will not be guaranteed. Telephone reservations will be accepted by calling (610)354-8118 or (888)267-1500. Please inform them that you are with Deborah Grand Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, Inc. The hotel offers the following features for its guest for business comfort and pleasure, such as free parking, located in close proximity to one of the largest shopping meccas in the United States, fitness center, sauna and steam baths, mini suites, newly decorated rooms, eight restaurants and many other amenities for your enjoyment.
Visitation for Fraternal Greetings will be Saturday, July 15, 2017, beginning at 10:15am. Advanced Registration cost is $75.00 - On-site registration cost: $85.00; however, the Presiding Grand Worthy Matron and Grand Worthy Patron or their representatives are cordially invited as the guests of our Grand Worthy Matron, Marva Linda Montgomery.
