Escape the stresses of everyday life and spoil yourself with a „pamper day“ in the restorative Sans Souci Spa – your wellness oasis in central Vienna.

Our 450-m² spa complex includes a luxury 20-metre pool, a 60-m² gym (cardio equipment and Kinesis by Technogym, as well as a free weights area, wall pars and TRX device), two saunas (90 and 60 degree) a steam room, a solarium for your gentle body tanning, and two treatment rooms (cosmetic/treatments and massages).

All prices include use of the saunas (sanarium, sauna and steam room), the luxury pool, and the gym. We have changing rooms with lockers and a safe, bathrobes, slippers, hand and bath towels, and exclusive toiletries.

TREATMENT TIPSTo make the experience as comfortable as possible for you, we recommend that you shower in advance and arrive at the spa in your bathrobe and slippers. Disposable underwear is available for use during massages and body treatments. In order to maximise the effect of the treatment, we recommend that you make use of our saunas before your treatment. We would like to request that you arrive in the spa reception or the relaxation room 10 minutes before your treatment time. You can place your valuables in the safe found within your locker in the changing room.

HEALTH CONDITIONSBefore your treatment, you will be asked to fill in an information form. The therapist will use the information in this form to tailor your treatment to you, taking your medical and emotional state into account. For your own health, safety and comfort, please answer the questions to the best of your knowledge.

CANCELLATIONSWe strive to offer you an exceedingly personal and relaxing spa experience, and for this reason we set treatment time aside just for you. If you cannot keep your appointment, we kindly ask you to give us 24 hours notice. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 80% of the treatment will be charged. In the event of lateness, your treatment time will be reduced in order to avoid inconveniencing the next guest. Thank you for your understanding!

PAYMENT METHODSWe accept cash and credit cards. Hotel guests can add the cost of this service to their bill. Value Added Tax (20 %) is included in the price.
