4. radisson Blu hotel edinburgh reserve the right to cancel or amend dates or an event for any reason or change entertainment at its discretion

5. strictly no food or drink can be brought onto the premises, anyone found with any such items not provided by radisson Blu hotel edinburgh will be escorted off the premises

6. Formultiplebookingspleaseonlysendonecheque. We also ask that there is one main contact for multiple bookings.

7. Bookings cannot be confirmed until a full deposit is received for each guest

8. all drinks pre-orders and special dietary requirements should be provided no later than 14 days prior to the event date

9. deposits and payments of final balance are non refundable and non transferable

10. cheques should be made payable to rezidor hotel edinburgh

11. all cheques must have name, address and cheque guarantee number on reverse

12. if payment will be made by debit or credit card you will be asked to complete a credit/debit card authorisation form to allow us to process payment

13. the hotel reserves the right to mix the tables and respecting seating plan in accordance with final numbers, any special seating requests should be made in writing to the hotel at least 7 days prior to the event

14. all drinks pre-orders must be made 14 days prior to your party date to qualify for promotional prices, any orders received within 14 days of the event will be charged at full bar prices

15. drinks within the aforementioned packages are not exchangeable for other drinks or brand types.
