• Hold load close to your body• Place your feet shoulder width apart for good balance• Bend at your knees and not at your waist to maintain
your centre of balance and to utilise the strong leg muscles to do the lifting

Trouble-shootingWhat to do when:
• Your site is out of stock– call your regional office to see if you can get some more stock
• There is a theft-Hand over the money without question. Do not put yourself in any danger. Call 000 when it is safe to do so.
• There is an accident- record them in the Onsite Booklet and call your local office if you require any assistance. If serious, call 000.
• Wet weather conditions- Do be prepared though in case of rain, take an umbrella or poncho.
• Someone has a question about cancer– do encourage them to call our helpline 13 11 20
