who we areThe Healing Bridge Clinic is a faith-based charitable organization that provides free non-emergency healthcare, through our

volunteer healthcare providers, to uninsured and underinsured residents of Fayette, Coweta, and South Fulton counties who are within 200% of

the federal poverty income level guidelines.

• In 2017, the Healing Bridge Clinic provided 808 patient visits.

• Volunteers provided 8,012 hours of time & talent valued at $241,385 to patient care and

services.

what we do• We provide compassionate and quality care and

services for our patients.

• Primary, chiropractic and orthopedic care, including mental health counseling and spiritual

guidance are available during clinic hours.

• Pap smears and mammograms through the women’s wellness program.

• Access to our partnering dentists, eye doctors, and physical therapists at their offices.

• Referrals for lab tests, x-rays, and ultrasound imaging.

• Annual flu vaccinations at the clinic, upon request.

• Limited medical supplies at no charge and some prescription medications.
