Manito Consulting Group (MCG) is a
different option for the training and
ongoing development of the people in your
organization.
We dene ourselves as a business group that
offers training and organizational consulting
focused on the ongoing development
of each person as an individual. We are
made up of a group of experienced people
passionate about the positive transformation
of human beings. Our team has a wide
range of experienced professionals from theacademic and business worlds, facilitators
with great human integrity and a solid
preparation in the most modern techniques
of accelerated learning.
Our founder and CEO, Carlos Otero, has
a Bachelors and Masters degrees in
accounting from the Technological Institute
of Monterrey and a doctorate in public
administration from the Anhuac Universityof Mexico City, in association with the
Sorbonne University of Paris, France.
Carlos decided to put his more than 20
years of experience to work at MCG. He
has acquired a profound understanding
of themes related to human development,
successfully integrating his experiences
as a consultant for renowned international
rms (PWC Price Waterhouse Cooper??)
with his academic studies. He has worked
in several executive positions at various
educational institutions, such as the
Technological Institute of Monterrey and the
Anhuac University, as well as in non-prot
social advancement organizations both in
Mexico and Europe. He is well experienced
in sales and personnel development various
industries.
For seven years Carlos was the international
director of an important foundation in LatinAmerica. This experience brought him
face to face with the problems facing the
educational sector, with poverty and with
the fragmentation of society and helped him
acquire competencies in adaptability, and
an ease in getting to know and assertively
identify the needs around him. He found
himself having to speak a simple language
of solidarity and empathy with thousands of
people plagued by very distinct needs.
The slogan of MCG is summarized in one
phrase: reecting while having fun. This
phrase synthesizes every conference,
workshop or consulting session in which
all learning has a greater impact in peoples
lives if it is transmitted in a way that is
original, creative and fun.
