Mass media become the most abused tool for generating images and stereotypes as a means of conveying misinformation and propaganda. These stereotypes generate expectations and requirements that we look and listen for during interethnic exchanges.

Musical genre’s differ from culture to culture. They are distinct in the tonality, pitch, and the criteria of music that belong to their cultural settings. Often, they tell a lot about the social situation of a region and many individuals look towards music to find a sense of identity and connection.
