Creating Organizational Purpose: Changing Collective Self Image of the Company What originally started in the U.S. as the local real-estate crisis, has spread around the civilised world, mutated overtime and escalated into a “crisis of values” dramatically changing the relation between business and society. Tables turned and power has shiſted from organisations to individuals and consumers are looking for brands, products and services they truly can trust. Even well reputed and renowned organisations that have been around for decades are facing an existential question: Are we going to be around in ten years time? Business leaders have to redefine their company values hidden in the heritage of every organisation and search for the moral purpose for existence, since doing business as usual is not enough anymore. The 21st century is the era of engaged leadership and business leaders have to move on from awareness and understanding to real engagement. Now more than ever before, organisations are in need of leaders with humanity and wisdom. As leaders move forward with a new business case, it is the role of HR to provide strategic guidance and counsel from a human capital perspective. Creating Organizational Purpose: Changing Collective Self Image of the Company

What originally started in the U.S. as the local real-estate crisis, has spread around the civilised world, mutated overtime and escalated into a “crisis of values” dramatically changing the relation between business and society.
