for quotation (RFQ) to vendors. You can use one of the following methods:‒ Through the vendor portal

‒ On the cloud

‒ Through conventional methods such as email or fax

A secure, easy-to-use portal that enables vendors to provide quotations to the customer:‒ Replies or quotations can be provided in real time

‒ The portal reduces the need for out-of-band communication

Provides a side-by-side comparison of all quotations received to facilitate informed decision making

Provides the ability to configure and select parameters that vendors must include in quotations

Provides the ability to conduct two-way communication with vendors that can be tracked and reviewed when required
